Safe Raw Materials    

Lachance Group uses bile paste, which has undergone bilirubin extraction, as the raw material for bile acid production, rather than waste byproducts left after pharmaceutical companies extract ursodeoxycholic acid. This ensures the completeness of bile acid types in the final product.

Every batch of bile paste entering the factory must be accompanied by a qualified inspection and quarantine certificate, allowing only biologically safe materials into the facility. Each batch of raw material undergoes strict disinfection procedures and is stored only after meeting the "Bile Paste Raw Material Quality Standards" through thorough testing.

To further ensure safety, the bile paste raw materials are stored in isolated, single-use storage rooms equipped with exclusive access controls, completely segregated from other production areas. Unauthorized personnel and biological intrusions are strictly prohibited, effectively preventing any risk of contamination.

Original Processes    

The production process for Lachance bile acids products is entirely original, with all steps and procedures independently developed. The newly upgraded production line, built on years of research, features fully enclosed and fully automated independent reaction vessels for each step.

The saponification reaction is a critical process to ensure the active ingredients and biological safety of bile acid products. The new production line utilizes an ultra-high temperature and high-pressure saponification reaction maintained at boiling conditions. This process not only effectively converts conjugated bile acids into free bile acids but also eliminates biological contaminants.

A unique U-shaped siphon device separates free bile acids, first extracting hyodeoxycholic acid, followed by ursodeoxycholic acid and hyocholic acid, enabling the independent extraction of different bile acid components. This allows for the customization of premix products tailored to the physiological needs of different animals or specific client requirements.

The proprietary flash evaporation and spray drying technology instantly evaporates 95%-98% of the water from the bile acid extract, producing bile acid powder with excellent flowability and high purity. This technique shortens processing steps and time, significantly improving production efficiency while being environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. Thorough Neutralization of Wastewater and Exhaust Gases from Production

Customized Equipment    

All production equipment is custom-designed and assembled according to Lachance Group original production processes.

For example, the siphon device used in the separation process is independently developed and designed by Lachance. It creates a vacuum within the U-shaped pipe, causing liquid from the high-level pipe mouth to be drawn to the highest point. The upper end of the pipe is made of transparent material, allowing for a clear view of the separation process between the alkaline solution and the material. The siphon device enables the alkaline solution to be recycled, making the process both environmentally friendly and cost-efficient.

The double-effect concentration device utilizes a PLC intelligent control system to regulate pressure and the boiling point of the solution in both effects. It reuses the secondary steam generated during the first-effect evaporation as a heat source for the second effect. This innovation reduces boiler investment, saves energy, and achieves a 50% reduction in energy consumption compared to single-effect concentrators.

For the final product output, sanitary-grade pipelines are used, ensuring the purity of bile acid products during the final production stages.

Intelligent Management    

With smart production and monitoring, all production processes and parameters are controlled and analyzed in real-time through a central control system. This enhances process controllability, reduces manual intervention on the production line, and significantly improves production efficiency. Once fully operational, the production line can achieve a bile acid output capacity of 3,000 tons per year.

Using liquid chromatography and comparing results with corresponding reference standards, the effective components in bile acid products are identified and quantified with precision. These testing methods have been validated by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center.
