What defines "new" for Lachance?-Lachance Intelligent Bile Acid Industrial Park

In 2024, Lachance Group Intelligent Bile Acid Industrial Park officially commenced production. Through independently developed intelligent, standardized, and eco-friendly equipment, Lachance significantly increased bile acid production while ensuring product safety and effectiveness.     

The first rule of safe production is compliance!

As a drafting unit for the national mandatory standard for bile acid feed additives, Lachance Group adheres strictly to national regulations, ensuring the quality and safety of Lachance bile acid products. This commitment not only guarantees efficacy and safety in animal production applications but also upholds the safety, quality, and health benefits of animal-derived foods for human consumers.

Lachance Group has rigorously screened raw material suppliers，each batch of raw materials is quarantined, inspected, disinfected, and stored in a dedicated warehouse. To minimize cross-contamination, the Lachance Industrial Park has implemented multiple disinfection procedures across several stages. Three independent bile acid refinement production lines are equipped with standardized quality testing processes at the beginning, middle, and end of production.

On the Lachance bile acid refinement production line, all equipment is brand new.         

This doesn’t just mean that the equipment was installed in the industrial park this year; it’s also a new generation of extraction technology, innovatively designed by Chief Engineer Ma Wencheng from Lachance Group based on extensive experience in bile acid extraction. The new equipment features significant advancements in safety and environmental protection.      

The saponification reaction kettle can maintain ultra-high temperature and pressure for extended periods, effectively eliminating microbes in the bile paste raw materials and ensuring the safety of the final bile acid product. The new recyclable design allows for the reuse of reaction fluids and steam, optimizing energy efficiency and controlling carbon emissions. Additionally, new environmental facilities ensure the harmless treatment of wastewater and exhaust, with recovered heat used to provide heating for nearby residents.

When technology becomes the primary driving force of productivity, workers must be proficient with advanced tools.     

Lachance bile acid production capacity reaches 3,000 tons of raw bile acid powder per year, yet on the 1,400 m² refinement production line, there are no operators – only two workers conduct periodic inspections.    

So, where are the staff?     

The control room serves as the "brain" of the entire extraction workshop, continuously monitoring the production process in real-time through sensor data.

Staff members are responsible only for monitoring and analyzing machine performance, adjusting operations on the computer as needed. This enables fully automated, unmanned production from raw material input to finished product, ensuring that Lachance bile acids are reliably high-quality, abundant, and fully traceable for customers.
